Dr Joe has more than 20 years’ work experience assisting technology entrepreneurs’ research and commercialise inventions. He also has more than fifteen years experience as a motivational speaker and coach. He founded Dr Joe High Performance Academy in 2013 to coach leaders and mentor entrepreneurs.   He facilitated enterprise development workshops for entepreneurs sponsored by companies such as Arcelor Mittal, PATH and Sasol etc., and has consulted for many companies.  His qualifications include a PhD (Biochemistry & Molecular Biology) from Penn State; MBA from UCT; Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard.

Adv. Daniels co-founded Compretone Technologies in 2010; and commercialises products such as the innovative Digital Court Roll Management Systems Software for the judiciary and the Traffic Light Interface Signalling Unit for the Law Enforcement in South Africa. He has more than 14 years of legal experience in the field of corporate and commercial law. He worked for companies such as Legal Expenses Insurance (Pty) Ltd (Legalwise) and Meise Nkaiseng Incorporated. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Limpopo, Certificate in Practical Legal Training from the Law Society and Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg. He is currently a candidate for the Master of Laws (LLM) degree specialising in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa (Unisa).

Mamosa has worked as a software developer, business analyst, strategy development consultant, business turn around specialist since 2003. She accumulated her practical experience at a number of top firms, including Standard Corporate and Investment Bank, JP Morgan Chase (London and South Africa), Gemini Consulting, Absa Capital and the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). She co-founded Thuso Risk a company that assist entrepreneurs raise capital as well as manage risk. Mamosa holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as an MBA degree from Edinburgh Business School, the Graduate School of Business of Heriot-Watt University, in the United Kingdom.

Expert in Business Simulation and Enterprise Development

Jabu has more than 20 years’ experience in facilitating business and financial understanding programs using board-based simulations. He serve as the Managing Director of Running Business Today, a position he held since 1997. He has run workshops since 2001 for program funded by companies such as IDC, NEF, Harmony Gold mines etc. Jabu has a certificate in Training and Development from Rand Afrikaans University and has completed his master’s certificate in Human Resource Development (Training and Development) at Rand Afrikaans University.

Expert in Internal Audit and Risk Management

Phindile has more than 9 years of experience in the internal audit field and risk management. She conducted internal audits for both private and public companies, and she is knowledgeable in Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA). She has vast experience in conducting Corporate Governance and Enterprise-wide Risk Management reviews applying King Reports II & III and ISO standards as references. She worked for companies such as SizweNtsaluba and Arcelor Mittal South Africa. She is the co-founder of Seitaodi consulting. Her qualification includes BA Economics (NWU) and Diploma in Internal Auditing (VUT).
